Efficiently lowering ASE threshold by using a novel oligomer as host in solid mixtures of F8BT/DPh

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We report a novel energy transfer system based on a binary blend of oligomer (DPh) host and polymer (F8BT) guest, in which the solid-state slab waveguide amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) threshold of F8BT significantly decreased.
