A New Beating Experiment Using Biphotons Generated from a Two-Level System

Abstract

A new beating experiment is proposed based on biphotons created from a two-level system in the resonant-pumping case. Both slow-light and fast-light effects play the role as of the path-length difference in the original Franson interferometer.
