Femtosecond near-field spectroscopy of GaAs nanostructures

Abstract

Far-field femtosecond spectroscopic studies provide direct insight into the dephasing, scattering and energy relaxation of free carrier and excitonic wavepackets in semiconductor nanostructures and are the experimental basis for a detailed theoretical description of these processes.
