Polarization entangled photons reveal a geometric origin of weak values in a quantum eraser experiment

Abstract

We implement experimentally an interferometric procedure to completely determine the modulus and the argument of complex modular and weak values for all measurement strengths. We demonstrate theoretically the topological origin of this argument.
