Abstract

Summary: We investigate pairs of isolated quantum dot excitons strongly coupled to microcavity, and quantum dot biexciton, as sources of directionnal entanglement in photonic bandgap microcavity circuits. Characteristics are compared, also with polarisation entanglement in microcavity.
