High-Resolution Photoluminescence Spectroscopy of Near-Surface Nitrogen-Vacancy Centers in Diamond

Abstract

Spectral diffusion is a critical problem affecting quantum devices based on nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond. Here we report sub-GHz photoluminescence emission spectroscopy of near-surface nitrogen-vacancy centers in several types of samples.
