Electrostatic Lattices for Indirect Excitons in Coupled Quantum Wells

Abstract

We report an implementation of a 2-dimensional electrostatic lattice potential for indirect excitons. We present electrode designs for square, triangular, and honeycomb lattices, and exciton photoluminescence measurements in a square lattice.
