Spontaneous symmetry breaking of cavity polariton solitons due to pseudospin dynamics

Abstract

We study the influence of the exciton pseudospin dynamics on the existence and stability of polariton solitons in a semiconductor microcavity. We find the spontaneous symmetry breaking of polarization and formation of vector polariton solitons.
