Hybrid Plasmonic-photonic Resonators for Sensing and Spectroscopy

Abstract

Design and experimental characterization of a hybrid resonator consisting of nanolithographically fabricated gold nanoparticles integrated with a Silicon Nitride photonic microresonator is discussed. Application of the proposed structure for sensing and spectroscopy will be discussed.
