Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a scheme enabling construction of a scalable metamaterial supporting multi-spectral electromagnetically induced transparency-like effects through hybridization of coupled meta-atoms. Tailoring of intra- and inter-layer near-field interactions give rise to the discussed phenomenon.
