Spin Relaxation in Charge Tunable InP Quantum Dots

Abstract

Optically pumped spins of doped electrons are partially preserved up to submillisecond and its dephasing time is 1.7ns. Spin relaxation in charge tunable InP quantum dots was extensively studied by dynamical and static optical orientation.
