Abstract
Time-domain THz spectroscopy of a GaAs 2D electron gas in magnetic fields reveals long-lived (~50 ps) coherent oscillations. From the field-dependent oscillation frequency, we attribute these oscillations to the free induction decay of cyclotron resonance.
