Abstract

High speed transients in MEH-PPV polymer devices have been investigated. Photoconductive carrier lifetime of 0.9 picoseconds was observed. Transient carrier mobility lower limit of 800 cm2/Vs was estimated. Measurement of photoinduced change in reflectivity of MEH-PPV has been initiated.
