High-frequency response of electro-optic single crystal KTaxNb1–xO3 in paraelectric phase

Abstract

Electro-optic constants of KTaxNb1–xO3 can be up to 600 pm/V with a bias voltage. In this report, dielectric dispersion is investigated to examine the electro-optic effect in a 1 MHz to 3 GHz frequency range.
