Ultrafast Near-Field Spectroscopy of Correlated Exciton States in Single Quantum Dots

Abstract

We present the first femtosecond study of the coherent nonlinear optical response of single and correlated excitonic levels in single quantum dots. We find an enhanced dephasing rate of the biexcitonic polarization.
