Speckle Averaged Spectral Interferometry of Rayleigh Scattering in Single and Multiple Quantum Wells

Abstract

The resonant light scattering dynamics of multiple GaAs quantum wells measured by speckle averaged spectral interferometry shows a strong and fast initial component not present for single wells which is attributed to radiative coupling.
