Abstract

Frequency selective filters implemented using thin film technology have been widely investigated for a broad range of applications. However, in some cases, for example a free-space communication link where the transmitter and receiver are mobile and their relative position is unknown, the strong coupling between the incidence angle and the resonance wavelength in a thin-film filter poses some technical challenges.
