Abstract
Interest in spin degrees of freedom of carriers in semiconductors has increased over past decade. In recent years, the studies on spin-polarized transport, especially, has been promoted by the hope of realizing practical spin-electronic devices1,2 and spin-based quantum computing3 in near future.
