Abstract

THz emission and four-wave-mixing (FWM) experiments performed on a selectively excited narrow-miniband semiconductor superlattice are presented that demonstrate the dominance of excitonic contributions to the intraband carrier dynamics, even after the dephasing of the interband polarization.
