Abstract

We report on the experimental realization of new scheme for quantum cryptography that is based on the use of a strongly unbalanced quantum intensity interferometer. This technique uses a double entangled EPR quantum states generated in the nonlinear process of type-II spontaneous parametric downconversion (SPDC).
