Abstract

In recent years high-order harmonic generation has become a promising method for the production of coherent XUV or soft x-ray radiation. However, temporal properties of high-order harmonics are unknown, although some pump-probe methods were demonstrated to measure the pulse width of XUV or soft x-ray.1–3
