Abstract

Exciton-carrier interactions in semiconductors can be studied by means of femtosecond spectroscopy. In particular, the effects of dimensionality of the different carrier and exci- ton interactions have been addressed either in quasi-two-dimensional(2D)1,2 or in quasizero-dimensional systems3 and in many others.
