Abstract
The investigation of the oscillation frequency shift of a diode laser under a magnetic field has been reported in a strong magnetic field and a low temperature condition. 1–4 The reported frequency shifts toward the high frequency side were explained by the Landau level. Our experiments at room temperature and in a relatively weak magnetic field condition produce a frequency shift of the GaAIAs diode laser toward the low frequency side.5
