Designing and Performance Analysis of T-flip flop Using Optical Micro Ring Resonator

Abstract

An optically pumped T-flip flop using two GaAs-AlGaAs optical micro ring resonator (OMRR) is designed and developed in Z-domain using delay signal process approach in Matlab. Various performance parameters are calculated from the simulation result.
