Abstract

TiO2 layer was sensitized by CdSe quantum dots. Precursor solutions of 0.5M Cd NO3 2 in ethanol and 0.5M SeO2 in ethanol were used. Enhancement in efficiency and fill factor was observed for higher deposition cycles.
