Fabrication of Diffraction Grating by Patterning Gold Nanoparticles using DVD

Abstract

We demonstrate a nanofabrication technique for deterministic placement of gold nanoparticles to form a periodic pattern that behaves as a diffraction grating. Here we show replication of periodic pattern of an unwritten DVD.
