Femtosecond Nonlinear Optical Properties of Copper and Silver Nanoparticles Studied Using Degenerate Four Wave Mixing Technique

Abstract

Copper and silver nanoparticles were prepared using picosecond ablation technique in various liquids. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of these nanoparticles were investigated with degenerate four wave mixing technique using femtosecond pulses at 800 nm.
