Fabrication of One Dimensional ZnS/Si Radial Heterojunctions for Broadband Photodetection and Light Emission

Abstract

Radial heterojunction based novel nano-architecture arrays have been fabricated by depositing n-ZnS on p-type Si nanowires. Fabricated device exhibit photoresponse and light emission over a broad spectral range from 400 to 1100 nm.
