Ultrahigh NA GeO2 doped Fibers: Fabrication and Broadband Supercontinuum Generation

Abstract

We report the fabrication details of ultrahigh NA GeO2 doped fiber made by modified chemical vapour deposition (MCVD) process. The fiber exhibits broad band supercontiniuum generation at NIR region up to 2.5 micron.
