Printable laser system on a film and an optical fiber

Abstract

Organic waveguide laser and monochromatic optical sensor were studied. Print-like fabrication techniques can directly mount them on PET/ITO films as wavelength monitoring microsystems. Furthermore, lasers on polymeric optical fiber as bending sensor were also demonstrated.
