Abstract

Graphene oxide-ZnO/TiO2 nanoparticles are synthesized for optical limiting. Micro Raman studies reveal that GO sheets are limited to 6-8 layers. UV-Vis and FTIR results demonstrated that GO with ZnO/TiO2 nanoparticles are successfully conjugated.
