Optical Notch Filters with Precise Production Control using Regenerated Fiber Bragg Gratings

Abstract

A new way to produce a controlled notch filters based on regenerated Bragg grating is demonstrated. This can be used in several photonics applications, such as RF-filtering or subcarrier processing, where specific notch filters are required.
