Biological Substance Characterization in Water Matrices with Raman Microscopy

Abstract

Raman microspectroscopy is investigated for spectral information from bacteria and protein biological substances in distilled and tap water matrices. Laser energy flux, multivariate dataspace biological differentiation, and substance aging in water matrices were investigated.
