Progress on Perovskite Solar Cells with All-Inkjet-Printed Absorber and Extraction Layers

Abstract

Here we report on the progress on perovskite solar cells with inkjet-printed perovskite layer and additionally inkjet-printed extraction layers leading to high power conversion efficiencies of >20% respectively >17% and enabling freedom in choice of printing patterns.
