Abstract

Broadband-transparent and highly-conductive electrodes are key to avoid parasitic absorption in solar cells. We show that Zr-doped indium oxide grown by both sputtering and pulsed laser deposition tackle these requirements allowing improved efficiencies in photovoltaics.
