Efficient Perovskite Optoelectronic Devices: Carrier Kinetics and Efficiency Modelling

Abstract

We demonstrate perovskite–polymer bulk heterostructure LEDs exhibiting external quantum efficiencies of up to 20.1%. The kinetics of excited-state carriers is studied. Besides, we present our progress in the modelling of new solar cell structures.
