Flexible Bi2Te3 films and photoelectric response

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Bulk photovoltaic (BPV) effect has attracted more interest owing to the potential to simplify photovoltaic device structures. Herein, we demonstrate that strained Bi2Te3 films exhibit prominent BPV effect, which extends response wavelength to the infrared.
