Sinusoidal Nanotextures for Coupling Light into c-Si Thin-Film Solar Cells

Abstract

We discuss the mathematical generation of different sinusoidal nanotextures and investigate with FEM how their design influences coupling of light into a silicon absorber. This work directly impacts manufacturing efficient c-Si thin-film solar cells.
