Time- and Excitation-dependent Photoluminescence Characterisation of CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite films

Abstract

Contrary to reports of light-induced degradation, we observe strong PL increase from perovskite films upon intense laser exposure. We attribute this to thermally-induced defect passivation, possibly along with trap-filling by photoexcited carriers.
