Fourier analysis and Spatial resolution of light trapping nanostructures

Abstract

Fourier properties are used as the guiding principle for designing quasi-random nanostructures for light trapping in photovoltaics. This rule is used to determine the minimum required feature sizes and to speed up e-beam fabrication.
