Pseudo-disordered design assists mono-crystalline Si thin film solar cells

Abstract

We study the light trapping in thin film crystalline silicon solar cells with a pseudo disordered structure. It presents the non-clustered holes of pseudo disordered structure exhibits a better performance than the square lattice design.
