11.5% efficient ultrathin black silicon solar microcell

Abstract

After made black by a reactive ion etching process and SiNx deposition, unprecedentedly, the efficiency of ultrathin solar microcell was improved from 8% to 11.5% and short circuit current increased by 65.7%.
