Dynamical and spectral characteristics of the photo-induced absorption in the BTO crystal

Abstract

We investigate the dynamical and spectral characteristics of the photo-induced absorption in BTO. The photo-induced centres of the absorption are located 1.4 eV below the conduction band and have life times more than 104s.
