Optical topography guided diffuse optical tomography for imaging brain function

Abstract

Optical topography guided diffuse optical tomography is developed to regularize the ill-posed inverse problems involved in brain imaging. Simulation experiments demonstrate that stronger robustness and higher quantitativeness are obtained without adding any other modality measurements.
