Abstract

The Mueller matrix microscope has been applied for quantitative evaluation of glaucoma post-operative scar formation in rabbit eye. The calculation and analysis of Mueller matrix transformation (MMT) parameter Φ indicate great potential in auxiliary diagnosis.
