Visualize the morphology of tissue blocks with hematoxylin and eosin staining

Abstract

In this work, we use hematoxylin and eosin method to stain whole mount tissues and then to acquire the morphological information with 3D imaging system; this would be helpful to study tumor growth and metastasis.
