Abstract

Sodium Nitroprusside (SNP) has been widely applied clinically as a vasodilator. The photo dynamic reaction of SNP, photo induced cleavage of supercoiled pBR322 DNA by SNP and the binding modes of SNP with human serum albumin (HSA) were investigated.
