Enhancement of photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells by introducing ZnO quantum dots in the mesoporous TiO2 layer

Abstract

ZnO quantum dots were loaded into the mesoporous TiO2 layer via a simple spin-coating method. As a result, the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells was remarkably improved from 14.54% to 17.2%.
