Interface Engineering and Morphology Control for High Performance Perovskite/Organic Hybrid Planar Heterojunction Solar Cells

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Two strategies were employed to improve the performance of perovskite/organic planar heterojunction solar cells. First, the growth kinetic of perovskite was tuned by introducing chemically-tailored processing additives to achieve films with high crystallinity and coverage. Second, novel interfacial materials were introduced to improve both the cathode and anode contacts.
