Ordered Porous TiO2 Films Obtained by Freezing and the Application in Dye Sensitized Solar Cells

Abstract

TiO2 films with ordered porous structure were prepared by freezing and used to fabricate dye sensitized solar cells. Due to the enhanced light scattering by the ordered porous structure, Increase of 13% in photo-current density was obtained despite of lower dye loading.
